The following terms and conditions apply to orders placed in the DreamCharm web store.

1. General information

By purchasing on the website, the Customer accepts the provisions of these GTC. The webshop deals with the online sale of silver charm jewelry.

2. Order process

The customer places the selected product in the cart and then finalizes the order by providing payment details. After placing the order, we send an automatic confirmation email.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include VAT.
Payment is made by credit card and/or PayPal.

4. Shipping

The products are shipped from an international supplier.
Expected delivery time: 7–14 business days .

5. Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt. Please indicate your intention to cancel by email.
